The short version

No accounts, no cookies, no advertising, no profiles, nothing sold to anyone.

The Rulemaking Record is static pages, and the only data in existence is what any web server necessarily sees: the request log Cloudflare keeps in order to serve traffic, and a one-pixel image that counts views without identifying anyone.

What that means in practice

Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with a third party for advertising or profiling. No cookie is set by this site and no cross-site tracker runs on it.

Outbound links go mostly to agencies and reference bodies, which publish their own notices; this one covers only these pages.

How long anything is kept

Logs age out after a limited operational window. While they exist they are used for delivery, security and aggregate counts, and for nothing else.
